Direct customer service through deliveries.
Completing courier routes, both walking and driving up to two hours at a time.
Metering mail. Logging accountable packages using our tracking application.
Comfortable being on their feet for long periods.
Able to learn and follow walking mail delivery routes across the campus.
Strong basic customer service skills and comfortable interacting with students, faculty, and staff.
Basic computer skills with the ability to learn about shipping software.
Familiarity with email and basic Excel. Advanced Excel skills are not required.

Use of computers, mail scanners, postage meters, and other mail center equipment.
