The Logistics Director is a senior executive leader responsible for developing, directing, and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations of the organization across all national service areas. This role drives strategic planning, third-party logistics (3PL/4PL) vendor partnerships, operational efficiency, and financial performance - ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and compliant delivery of products and services to internal and external customers, including commissary and institutional partners.
The Logistics Director serves as a critical bridge between executive leadership and frontline operations teams, leveraging data-driven decision-making, industry-leading technology platforms (WMS, TMS, and ERP systems), and strategic partnerships with national logistics providers such as C.H. Robinson to maintain competitive advantage in a rapidly evolving wholesale and distribution landscape.
Bachelors preferred
