Location Avera Behavioral Health Center‑Sioux Falls Worker Type Regular Work Shift Rotating days/evenings/nights/weekends/holidays (United States of America). Adolescent program is expanding to 40 unit Child unit is a 14 bed unit Adolescent Residential is a 8 bed unit Opportunity to meet 70+ coworkers Opportunity to change lives of both Adolescent and Children 1 LPN for 7-8 patient ratio Self‑scheduling program What You Will Do Collects data and conducts a focused nursing assessment of the health status of a patient. Participates with other health care providers in the development and modification of the patient‑centered health care plan. Implements nursing interventions within a patient‑centered health care plan. Assists in the evaluation of responses to interventions. Provides for the maintenance of safe and effective nursing care rendered directly or indirectly. Advocates for the best interest of the patient. Communicates and collaborates with patients and members of the health care team. Assists with health counseling and teaching. Delegates and assigns nursing interventions to implement the plan of care. Essential Qualifications The individual must be able to work the hours specified. Required Education, License/Certification, Or Work Experience Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Board of Nursing. An active license in the state of practice upon Hire.
