Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for a high-energy, disciplined Inside Sales Representative to join our team. We don't need years of corporate sales experiencewe will train you. What we do require is the "grit" developed on the field and the "grace" developed on the floor of a 5-star restaurant. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role where your income is directly tied to your work ethic and your ability to coach-up.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage a high volume of outbound and inbound leads with the same precision youd use to manage a 10-table station.
• Identify client pain points and present tailored solutions, moving beyond "order taking" to active "problem-solving."
• Participate in daily sales scrums, role-play scenarios, and feedback sessions to sharpen your pitch.
• Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions within our CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot).
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs for call volume, discovery meetings, and closed deals.

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in a high-pressure, fine-dining environment. You understand luxury standards and high-touch communication.
• Experience playing sports at a collegiate, semi-pro, or highly competitive club level. You know how to play for a team and how to bounce back from a loss.
• You don't just "accept" feedback; you crave it. You view a "no" as a coaching opportunity, not a rejection.
• You don't wait to be told what to do. You see an open lead and you take the shot.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Ability to maintain high energy over 50+ calls per day.
• The ability to hear what a client isn't saying and pivot your strategy in real-time.
• You are the teammate everyone can count on. You show up early, stay focused, and leave it all on the field.
• Comfortable in a "work hard, play hard" environment that moves at lightning speed.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Pay: Compensation is determined by candidate experience, education, certifications, and specific job-related skills. $52k base plus uncapped commission.
