Pay: $79,550.00 - $85,450.00 per year
$50.00 per load fee paid in addition to per mile fee paid

What You Will Do:
- Drive a Class A flatbed truck to deliver products across Arizona and California.
- Make sure every load is safely strapped, secured, and ready for the road.
- Inspect your truck and trailer to keep everything running safely.
- Follow delivery routes and get products where they need to go on time.
- Keep simple and accurate driving records.
- Work with customers and teammates to make deliveries smooth and successful.
- Load, unload, and position your truck safely.
- Report any equipment issues or safety concerns right away.
- Be a professional ambassador for the company wherever you go.
- Pitch in with other transportation-related tasks when needed.
- Work Full Time; May include weekends and some overnights depending on route schedules.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A valid Class A CDL.
- At least 2 years of flatbed and OTR driving experience.
- A safe driving record and commitment to following the rules of the road.
- The ability to pass a DOT drug screen and meet driver qualifications.
- Confidence using GPS, ELDs, and other driver technology.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good time-management skills and a dependable work ethic.
- The ability to think on your feet and handle changing road or weather conditions.
- A safety-first mindset and attention to detail.
Nice to Have:
- Experience hauling packaging, manufacturing, or industrial products.
- Experience driving flatbed routes across multiple states.
- Basic truck and trailer maintenance knowledge.
- Familiarity with routes throughout the Southwest.
- Forklift or warehouse experience.

Full Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Transport finished goods and raw materials over land to and from manufacturing plants or retail and distribution centers
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance
- Strap and tarp load as needed
- Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
- Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts
- Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures
- Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
- Collect and verify delivery instructions
- Report defects, accidents or violations
Skills:
- Proven work experience as a truck driver
- Hands on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS, AVL units, ELD, CB etc.)
- Ability to professionally maximize the number of miles driven per day in accordance with FMCSA regulations
- Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations
- No recent moving or driving violations
- Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc.)
- Valid truck driving license
Work Experience Preferred:
- Two or more years OTR Truck Driver experience

- Prolonged periods of sitting while driving
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to climb up and down and manually tarp and strap loads
