Fashion brand SELKIE is seeking an experienced brand manager to join the team! The Brand Manager is responsible for driving organic revenue growth through content strategy, organic social expansion, and influencer optimization. This role builds strategic marketing plans that translates creative direction into cohesive, high performing storytelling across platforms, including email. The Brand Manager leads structured campaign rollouts that extend the life and reach of brand content, ensuring each collection, event, and seasonal moment receives sustained, narrative driven exposure. Operating alongside the Head of Content and Growth Marketing Manager, this role translates creative vision into measurable business outcomes across organic channels. Success is defined by organic revenue lift, improved influencer ROI, and establishing TikTok as a scalable growth channel alongside Instagram. Above all, this role supports Selkie's growth while protecting its artistic integrity and reinforcing its position as an art led, story driven brand in a premium space ORGANIC CONTENT STRATEGY AND PERFORMANCE; EMAIL AND Social Own the world from entry to exit, including seasonal email marketing planning and brand introduction emails Ensure cohesive storytelling across all channels based on creative direction Pitch content ideas; translate creative direction into platform-specific content plans Own organic social strategy across key platforms (IG, TikTok) Own content calendars, scheduling, and publishing Cultivate brand voice and response for outward-facing commentary and DMs, connecting with CS to maintain positive brand perception and association CHANNEL DEVELOPMENT Scale TikTok as primary organic performance channel - at least 2x a day Scale Instagram as a performance channel Test and validate emerging organic channels INFLUENCER STRATEGY, GIFTING AND PERFORMANCE Strategize, optimize, and redesign the influencer program, managing transition and mitigating potential fallout Support influencer content gifting and paid collabs; gifting strategy tied to conversion goals Own organic and influencer performance dashboards Track attribution, halo impact, and conversion liftEstablish further KPIs and analyze performance to guide future content strategy; surface insights in weekly and monthly reporting EVENTS & BRAND ACTIVATIONS (SOCIAL LED) Lead social execution for launches and brand events/activations Manage creator strategy tied to events Requirements: 3-5+ years of experience in brand marketing, social media, or content strategy (fashion/DTC preferred) Proven track record managing organic social growth on Instagram and TikTok Experience running or optimizing influencer programs and gifting strategy Strong storytelling instincts with the ability to translate creative direction into platform-specific content Comfortable with data - tracking KPIs, attribution, and performance dashboards Excellent written communication for email marketing and brand voice/DMs #J-18808-Ljbffr
