Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeler with Revit experience to develop and maintain 3D models for construction and engineering projects. This role will support design coordination, clash detection, and project execution across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using Revit
\n
• Generate 2D drawings and construction documents from BIM models
\n
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks or similar tools
\n
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and construction teams
\n
• Update models based on design changes and field conditions
\n
• Ensure model accuracy, consistency, and compliance with BIM standards
\n
• Support project coordination meetings and issue resolution
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Proficiency in Revit (BIM modeling)
\n
• Understanding of construction drawings and MEP systems
\n
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
\n
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n
• Experience with Navisworks or clash detection tools
\n
• Experience in semiconductor / fab construction projects
\n
• Familiarity with AutoCAD
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or related field (preferred)
\n

Additional Information

• This role supports large-scale semiconductor construction projects in Phoenix
\n
• Mandarin is a plus for coordination with international teams
\n
