Position: Anaplan Model Builder
\nLocation: Remote
\nDuration: Long Term Contract
\nRequired Qualifications
\n• 5+ years of hands-on Anaplan model building experience.
\n• Certified Anaplan Solution Architect (Master Anaplanner preferred).
\n• Certified Level 3 Model Builder or higher.
\n• Strong experience with Polaris Calculation Engine .
\n• Experience designing and building solutions using Anaplan New UX (dashboards, pages, apps).
\n• Hands-on experience with Anaplan Data Orchestrator (ADO) for data integration and transformation.
\n• Proven experience designing multi-functional Anaplan models across FP&A, Sales, Supply Chain, or Workforce Planning.
\n• Strong understanding of enterprise data integrations and multi-model architecture.
\n• Must be able to work 8 AM – 5 PM CST.
\n• Ability to travel quarterly to Dallas, TX (expenses paid).
\n• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—able to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
\n• Must be hands-on.
\n• Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to articulate modeling logic clearly.

\nKey Responsibilities
\nSolution Design & Architecture
\n• Lead end-to-end solution architecture and design for new and existing Anaplan models.
\n• Define and enforce Anaplan modeling best practices, data structures, and integrations.
\n• Create sustainable, scalable, and flexible model architectures aligned with business strategy.
\n• Design scalable enterprise solutions leveraging Polaris for performance optimization.
\n• Architect data orchestration strategies using ADO and other integration tools.
\nImplementation & Development
\n• Oversee and/or develop Anaplan models, modules, lists, dashboards (New UX), and data flows.
\n• Build intuitive and user-friendly New UX dashboards aligned with business requirements.
\n• Partner with internal teams and external partners to ensure models are deployed efficiently and maintained effectively.
\n• Manage the model lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy, and enhance.
\n• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate in 2-week sprint cycles.
